Hello everyone,

My name is Glynis, and I am a certified Reiki Master, Reflexologist, Kundalini Teacher and Holistic Therapist. Originally from Wirral, I was irresistibly drawn to the serene beauty of Porthtowan, where I now call home. The rhythmic waves and tranquil shores have become the perfect backdrop for my healing practice.

I have lived my life in a meaningful and spiritual way, I love calm and simplicity in all things and fill my days with actions that bring beauty, nourishment, peace and harmony.

I practice a holistic healing lifestyle and appreciate the small things that can create significant positive mental health, finding joy and happiness in sharing my experiences with others.

I love ancient sites and the energy from stone circles and ley lines; I love sea dipping, yoga and walking the pilgrim coastal path. I’m a qualified Reflexologist, Reiki Master, Holistic therapist, including: Indian Head massage, massage and Hot stones massage.

I’m extremely creative and love art, design and drawing with charcoal. I read oracle cards for others and enjoy exploring the different paths that life can offer.

I am a qualified Kundalini yoga teacher, offering practices that combine breath, movement and meditation to reduce stress, build resilience and support your journey back to yourself.

Glynis gave me the most nourishing treatment I have ever experienced. A beautiful massage with Reiki. It was much needed indeed.
